These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Aleksandra S Consulting Ltd, registered in Cyprus (Company Registration Number: HE 486501), operating under the brand Genie Within You, including RTT® sessions, hypnotherapy, and any guidance or communication offered through this website.
By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Genie Within You offers:
RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy®) sessions
Hypnotherapy sessions
Discovery calls and consultations
Follow-up sessions (if applicable)
All services are designed to support emotional well-being and self-awareness.
They are not a replacement for medical or psychiatric treatment, nor are they intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, please consult a healthcare professional.
3. Booking & Scheduling
3.1 Booking process
All sessions are booked through HubSpot.
Once you select a service and choose a time, you will receive a confirmation email with all necessary details.
3.2 Time zones
All bookings are confirmed in the time zone shown on the booking page.
Please check your time zone carefully when scheduling.
3.3 Session format
Sessions are conducted online via a secure video platform or in person if agreed individually.
4. Payments
4.1 Payment provider
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Your card details are never shared with or stored by Genie Within You.
4.2 Payment terms
Sessions must be paid for at the time of booking.
Your session is confirmed only after successful payment.
4.3 Refunds
You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 24 hours before the appointment for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions
5.1 Rescheduling
You may reschedule through the link provided in your confirmation email, as long as it is done at least 24 hours in advance.
5.2 Late arrivals
If you are late, the session may need to end at the scheduled time, depending on availability.
No partial refunds are offered for shortened sessions.
5.3 No-shows
If you miss your session without notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
6. Client Responsibilities
By booking a session, you agree to:
Provide accurate and honest information about your well-being
Participate in sessions in a safe, private, and quiet environment
Follow safety and preparation guidelines provided before the session
Refrain from attending a session under influence of alcohol or drugs
If these conditions are not met, the session may be canceled without refund.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential, except in circumstances where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to yourself or others).
Recordings created during RTT® sessions are for your personal use only and must not be shared publicly.
8. Medical & Ethical Disclaimer
RTT® and hypnotherapy support emotional well-being but do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
Genie Within You:
does not diagnose or treat medical conditions
does not prescribe medication
does not guarantee specific outcomes
Client experiences vary based on individual circumstances, readiness for change, and engagement with the process.
9. Website Use
You agree not to:
misuse the website
attempt to access backend systems
copy or distribute any content without permission
use the website in unlawful ways
All content on this site — text, images, branding, and materials — is owned by Genie Within You.
10. Liability
Genie Within You is not liable for:
outcomes of sessions,
interpretations of session content,
technical issues on the client’s side,
decisions made by the client post-session.
Clients remain fully responsible for their own choices and actions.
11. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically.
Changes take effect from the date they are published on this website.
